We cannot accept returns on custom products. All sales are final.

Did your product come defective? Please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a defective return you can contact us at [email protected]. We will then take time to review your return, we may have to contact the shipping company, so please allow up to 5 business days for review. Once your product has been approved we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive your package we will process the return in 3-7 business days. We cannot accept returns on custom products. All sales are final.
